Size parts

When it comes to top loading, everything revolves around the size part or “head” in the carton erector. The size parts determine the shape of the carton and are the key to a flexible packaging line. A size part must be quickly and easily replaceable. Over the years Van De Velde Systems – Schut has become a specialist in size parts. We build size parts for various types of cartons.

Good preparation

Fine adjustments are not something you have to worry about with our machines. All they require is good preparation and trial runs, and we do this in our own workshop in Eerbeek. This way the customer never loses any valuable production time.
