Carton study results in board savings
The importance of cardboard characteristics on machine performance is often disregarded.
In our laboratory, we have special equipment to measure these characteristics. The performance of a carton is not only influenced by carton thickness, but also by stiffness of the card board, carton construction and the weakness of creases. We have learned how these card board characteristics can be transferred into machine performance. This is very useful as it can often result in savings of carton board.
Turn key projects
We can also provide far more assistance. Schut Systems can supply turn-key projects - assuming the responsibility for supplying the entire packaging process including filling and end of line packaging.
