Double walled cartons

Double walled cartons, with or without hollow wall, often provide a deluxe appearance, which can be further enhanced with printing on the inside. These deluxe cartons are formed by a special erector, available in a single or dual head version.

When a double walled carton is made of corrugated cardboard, it is often intended for a different purpose. Then the carton must be suitable for manual erection. In these situations a change in the carton construction often results in an enormous reduction of packaging material consumption.
